"I love this hotel and I’ve stayed there 4x. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The location is lovely My only warning is that the cleaning crew tends to barge in to clean, even if you have the do not disturb sign on the door. It’s very anxiety inducing to be honest but I’m American and I think it’s a cultural thing. And because everything is tile, there’s a lot of inconvenient noise for those experiencing jet lag."

The lady at the front desk gave us fantastic recommendations for aperitivo and dinner and then was tuned into to exactly our ferry and let us know about time changes when the ferry didn’t reach out to us directly. "The location was excellent, nice size bathroom, rooms are efficient, the pool was in need of some attention and closed at 7pm, not ideal for anyone wanting to refresh after sightseeing or being on the road for the day. Staff was very helpful and always available."

"The hotel was overall good. There was an issue effecting water pressure which meant that no one could use their sink or flush the toilets for several hours. We did not know that the pool had quiet hours in the afternoon where it was closed and did not realize that bathing caps were required in the pool. The location was excellent. Very close to the beach, with a private area for the hotel available at additional cost. It is also next to a fantastic farmers market and within a few minute walk of the heart of the city. Despite the minor issues we were happy with our stay and loved the city of Vieste."
