"Hotel was fabulous and very one off design, we were in the Fanny suite which was on 2 levels. The ground floor had a mood shower/ steam room that we could not get to work and had no time to be calling reception to get it working- but bed was comfortable upstairs- ground floor was a small double sofa bed which took up much of the space when opened up . We deducted a star as the breakfast staff were late and there were 4 tables of guests waiting for breakfast but nobody to take orders for drinks...

"Arcobaleno rooms was absolutely wonderful. The staff were so helpful and always there if you needed anything at all. No ask was too much. The cleaner was really friendly and did a great job in the room. Was provided with water which could be filled when needed. They really go above and beyond to help their customers.
