"Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and room temperature was easily adjusted to our liking. The staff helped in giving directions for a nearby restaurant. In the morning when I wanted water at breakfast bottled water was retrieved for me from the front desk and brought to my table."

"We booked here for 1 night, double bed and bed had small aunts crawling all over it, the air vent look like they had never been cleaned. The tub also had bugs in it."

"First of all when we first got in the room there was a strong smell of mildew and dried urine on the toilet seat. I called the front desk and they came down and cleaned the toilet seat. Then I couldn’t sleep because I was itching like crazy. I finally fell asleep after the sun came up and had to check out by 11am. When I woke up my left arm was swollen pretty bad. Later that evening I went to the ER to have it checked out and found out I was bitten multiple times all over my body by bed bugs. I went back to the property to get something I forgot there and told them about my ER visit and all the lady said was “I can tell the manager “. I have never experienced bed bugs before and I will NEVER EVER stay there again! I DON’T recommend staying at Regency Inn in El Reno, Ok."
