It had been raining and the door let water in thr room the carpet was soaked and when asked about other rooms I was told they were all wet just like the room I had.

I asked on my reservation for a Handicap room, when I arrived they told me it was already rented.What do I need to do to get what I ask for? I booked it a month in advance. I was told someone was in there Handicap room and there was nothing they could do.

Room was clean enough so as not to be worried. Bed was comfortable. Forget about getting extra towels or pillows. You won't get them. Can tell room was hastily painted by looking at the paint job.

Clean facilities, friendly staff near a busy shopping center. The bed was extremely tall. Being 5'2", I could not just sit or hop up onto the bed. Requested a foot stool and was given a small plastic stool the would slide when I stepped on it. Went to Walmart and purchased a better foot stool. When I explained this to the staff, she asked what kind it was and said she would go purchase a couple for future guests.

The outside of the building was clean and kept clean. The inside of the room was a different story. The bathroom sink, toilet and shower appeared freshly cleaned, the tissue box was empty. The furniture was in bad shape, the loveseat was stained with the arm fabric worn through to the padding. I spilled some water on the floor and had to wipe it up with a white towel and realized the floor was filthy, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I realize this is a lower cost facility and didn’t expect high end finishes but did expect the room to be clean. I felt gross and uncomfortable all night. I would not recommend this hotel!

Iv stayed there before in the past and it was nice and clean. This time it was bad. The first room the floors were dirty, sheets had holes on them, and the couch smelled like urine. I told the front desk and the guy got upset and asked me if I expected them to go clean it in the middle of the night. He eventually gave me another room that was slightly cleaner. I ended up getting a swifter and cleaning the floors myself. The front desk guy was so rude. I asked for an extra towel for my kids, and he said he was going to have to charge me more because I didn’t pay the rate for having 2 kids. I told him I put on the information correctly on Expedia and that was the rate I paid for. He starts asking me what my business in town is like it was an interrogation. The towels ended up having holes in them as well and I bought my own after that. The next day the front desk guy is standing in the hall with his hands on his waist staring at me leaving like he was trying to intimidate me. The new room still had cigarette burns on the beds and the chairs were so dirty and stained. One of the days I was there I left in the morning to grab food and left the do not disturb sign. Minutes after I left, house keeping was still knocking on the door. Makes me wonder if no one was there if they would have still entered. Last time there honestly.

When I got there, I waited 30 minutes to even be checked in because the computer or mouse wouldn't work. Once I finally got into my room, the ceiling light kept flickering and the microwave kept beeping. Must have been some kind of wiring problem.

Older motel with a remodel, not a hotel. Decent. Train close by that runs every couple of hours. Would recommend having a designated smoking area outside away from the rooms. The non-smoker rooms had people smoking just outside the door of their room with the doors open.

Room smelled bad. Cigarettes burns on bedspreads. Refrigerator smelled. Lotion dispenser didn't work and fell off wall. No pictures on walls and no furniture except for 1 small table. Check in was awful and unfriendly. Room was for 1 night and unrefundable but I left anyway and stayed somewhere else.

You get what you pay for.
The staff was nice and the room was clean. I had a non-smoking room that had smoking rooms on both sides. You could smell cigarette smoke every evening. Thankfully my wife wasn't with me, she is allergic. And there is very little insulation in the ceiling if any. You could here every step the people above me took. But for the money it was a clean place to stay.

Pleasantly surprised. Room was large and clean. Had all the advertised amenities and furniture in working order. The pool was nice and clean. A grocery store, gas station, and restaurant were close by. The only downside was the room carpet was in very bad condition. We would stay here again.

Everything was amazing. The rooms were very clean, staff went above and beyond to meet all of our needs, the pool was very clean and my family enjoyed the afternoons spent there. My husband loved the grill area.

Room hot and very stuffy when we arrived at 930 pm. Took hours to cool off so we could sleep. Could not get a first floor room to help with physical ability to climb stairs. Furniture had seen better days. Strong smell of cleaning fluids … seemed clean enough. Bedding terrible … reminded me of military issue. Definitely not worth the price.
