"We stayed in a few hotels when we were in NYC and NobleDEN had the friendliest and most welcoming staff. Sure, it wasn't the trendiest but it served us well and I enjoyed being so close to Chinatown."

"The room is very small. There is no walking space between the bed and the wall in front of it, it's surrounded by wall on three sides. This I could overlook being that New York is very expensive. However, I have stayed at other hotels in similar price range with bigger rooms, better amenities, and better cleanliness. The check-in and check-out is completely done on a computer, there isn't always someone available at the front desk. Everything in the room is operated by ipad: blinds, shades,...

"Loved everything about the hotel"

"Hotel hits all the 5 star spots apart from 2 points. 1 - the rooms are not soundproof at all, and being able to hear the conversations in the room next door so clear that i could repeat what they were saying is not what i would expect. Second - the front desk staff are not as polished and committed to the level of service i would expect from a top end 5 star hotel. Doormen were top class. All in all it's a good hotel, but with so much choice in NY, i have stayed in better."

"Loved the staff. Beautiful “swan” room. I had a small room .., the Nook. - loved it….. I ate all the snacks in the mini bar. Hahaha Really good . Just a practical , well thought out space …. Central to cool stuff. Bed was amazing . Food …. Soo good ."

"Arrived pretty late to my reservation and the older lady at the front desk made me feel pretty dumb about my reservation and had an attitude while I was checking in. It wasn’t welcoming at all. Then after dragging my heavy bag upstairs with my other guests the key didn’t work. And that happens sometimes but the hospitality just wasn’t there. She had an attitude anytime I asked a question. Even though ai stayed here plenty of time, I doubt I would return. Try Sixty, or Bowery if you’re in that...

"The staff are all extremely friendly, the hotel is beautiful decorated, and you can’t beat the location. You are directly across from Washington square park and walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, and comedy shows. Hotel also offers an airport shuttle for a flat fee. Hotel rooms are basic but clean. Only down side was the shower. The pressure isn’t great (but maybe that was just our room). Otherwise, we were happy with our stay!"

"We checked in at 2:45 for a 3pm check in and our room was not ready until 4:40 pm. On top of that the elevators in the property do not work and caused us to wait 20-30 minutes every morning. We ended up having to take the stairs multiple times. "

"Room was clean. Staff was nice. Wouldn’t recommend paying extra for the balcony rooms the balcony was extremely small. no chairs or anything out there we didn’t even end up using it. Our AC unit was broken it was just blowing out luke warm air on a 90 degree day outside. was brutal. brought it to staffs attention they said they’d take a look at it tomorrow but that was the day we were checking out so that didn’t really help us. Overall besides AC was a nice experience "

"Great room, unfortunately the well known bar at the lobby was closed for a private party. In my opinion hotel bars should not be closed for hotel guests. That’s an amenity guest pay for and sometimes the reason a guest may book a hotel. Like going to a ski resort but the slopes are closed for a private event of a rich guy and guest just watch through a window. Having said that, the hotel is well located and reasonably priced. "

"One night stay was amazing. We had a corner room with awesome views. Roof top bar and lounge area was an unexpected surprise….And complimentary coffee until 4pm!!!"
