"there was a reservation for 4 people two adults two children upon arrival we were met by the managers later they saw our family and contacted the owner then they demanded an additional payment of 150 PLN from us for the fact that the children are not children And they are considered as adults although the age was indicated on the site children after that we turned around and left do not recommend this hotel to anyone because there are extra hidden charges"
"Good location, but everywhere in Zakopane seems to be easily walkable. The room was fine. Had a fridge and a balcony with a goid view. The breakfast was really good and the staff was nice."

"Very nice room with comfortable bed. The included breakfast had a large variety and was very good. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the train station which is convenient for arrival and departure as well as the bus to morski oko. It’s about 20 minutes to the funicular and the walking street"
"I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. The breakfast was excellent and the lovely staff worked hard to keep it constantly replenished. My only observation is that it would be best to stay here with a car. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben."

De i resepsjonen hadde lite peiling på om det er skiutleie i anlegget i Kuźnice, men gjorde så godt de kunne. Dårlig brannsikring. Alle etasjene er åpne gjennom trappehuset. Dørene er verken lydtett eller brannsikre."
