Didn't honour our reservation.

We booked a room here for two nights as part of our honeymoon in Peru. We booked the superior room with a balcony, but when we arrived this room had been given away to a couple who had arrived just before us (on the same bus). We were instead given an icy-cold room with no external windows and mould on the wall. When we complained we were told that our booking had been cancelled, which was odd, as we had received confirmation of our booking from hotels.com, and had had no communication from the hostel directly. We'd even had the 'your booking is coming up' email a few days previously. The shower was freezing cold, and overall it was the worst room and accommodation experience that we had in our three week honeymoon. We couldn't wait to leave.

Good Hostel with breakfast

The room and the private bathroom are clean and the hot shower works. The staff is nice. There is free coffee and tee at all times, and the breakfast is quite big and delicious.

Excellent for the price

For the price, the hostel was an excellent place to spend the night. The staff was very friendly, and the place is very clean. Plus breakfast and a free secure parking space were included. The only concern, they had not received the reservation from Expedia (perhaps because I had made it late the night before?) However, they only charged me the discounted Expedia rates.
