Escolhi um quarto acima do standart. Arrependi da escolha, pois para acessar o quarto há 7 lances de escadas à partir da portaria, sendo 2 lances na parte externa, sujeitos a chuvas. Como somos idosos temos mais dificuldade para subir. A limpeza é boa, a cama confortável. Não fomos recepcionados por ninguém na chegada. Tivemos que procurar pela recepção e por mais informações. Tem uma rampa para entrada do hotel. Deixamos o carro embaixo e subimos a pé. Só na recepção descobrimos que o carro poderia subir. Eu não voltarei.

Gostamos muito do espaço e da limpeza das acomodações. Café da manhã farto e variado. Só não tinha opções vinda da cozinha como tapioca e omelete. Fica como sugestão, mas isso não atrapalhou em nada nossa estadia.

Muito bom!

Adorei o hotel, tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado! A vista é maravilhosa e conseguimos ir a pé para a praia e centro. Não é muitooo perto, mas da pra ir uns 15 minutos andando. Tivemos um problema com o quarto( um problema que eu criei, nada o hotel tinha com isso) e o Júnior da recepção foi super solícito nos levou pra conhecer os quartos e ajudou muito a resolver. Obrigada pretendemos voltar! Ps: drinks deliciosos!

SUPER INDICO O ILHA BRANCA EXCLUSIVE HOTEL

Hotel simplesmente incrível. Todos os funcionários extremamente educados e solícitos, principalmente o Junior e o Milton. Apesar da quantidade de escada para chegar ao quarto, a vista do mar e o tamanho do quarto compensam. Serviço de quarto sensacional. O café da manhã delicioso. O hotel fica perto de tudo. Nota 10.

Final de semana agradável

Hotel Ilha Branca Exclusive estava interditado devido a manutenção, sem nenhum aviso prévio. Porém o funcionário que estava no local, nos encaminhou para a outra unidade Ilha Branca Inn. Não era a proposta de viagem que queríamos mas a situação foi contornada. Então toda a avaliação é sobre o Hotel Ilha Branca Inn ao invés do Exclusive. Funcionários muito educados e gentis. Mas houve falha na comunicação desde o início.

Hotel bom mas café da manhã fraco

Gostei do hotel, a vista pro mar é linda e o quarto é novo. Porém tem muitas escadas, dependendo do quarto que você fique, mas isso já era esperado. O café da manhã é fraco, poucas opções de pães, ovos mexidos frios, enfim não compatível com o valor da diária.
