"Room was allocated in a floor custom meant for other purpose and as a consequence ,there was an incident experienced which was very uncomfortable. Also, expedia listed the hotel as "Breakfast included" while i was looking to book and after booking was "breakfast available". This could have been preesented more clear in terms of price vs amenities for customer to get clarity on his expectations before booking. The hotel refused breakfast option. Overall this particular booking has been terrible from both the entities involved."
