"Beautiful Hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Paid for an upgrade for breakfast and was told by the hotel that they do not have breakfast. Gonna ask for a refund on that."

"The main water line was shut off for repairs in the evening, but we were there for a medical procedure and were required to shower that evening. We were unable to d that until after 10pm and had to be back up at 4am to go to the hospital. The room phones did not work so we had to call the desk from our cell phones. Also, the bed has a metal frame and sounded like someone banging on a tin roof every time you turn over or get out of bed. No compensation was offered for the water inconvenience, or any of the non-functioning amenities. "

"The employee that checked us in was so nice and helpful. Very clean and up to date property. The pool was lovely. Breakfast was delicious and there was lots of variety! The one negative comment I have is it’s super close to a train so that’s loud. Otherwise 10/10 would stay again "
