"Awful. Mold on the bathroom ceilings, bugs crawling up the walls. Place was in horrible condition. Stayed one night and checked out. Was supposed to stay two, but was told that it would be no issue to get a refund on the second night, but that didn’t happen either. However, I will say the ladies that were working and checked us in were wonderful!! Very pleasant and great attitudes!!"

"My bride and I had a wonderful weekend here. In fairness, the hotel could use some updates (carpet, paint, etc.), but the rooms are cleaned and maintained well, and regularly over all of the days we were there, and the staff…every one we spoke with…was super courteous and helpful and catered to our needs with excellence. The breakfasts were great, and the manager of those breakfasts was super helpful at all times and always cleaning to make room for new guests with the same exceptional breakfast service. There is plenty of parking in well-lit areas, and the sounds of the occasional train along Route 66 were not too intrusive. The over-all experience with this hotel is that we would definitely stay again."

"The room had a terrible smell, as soon as you opened the door it hit your nose. And made it very hard to breathe. Because of that it was not possible to be comfortable at all. The refrigerator in our room was leaking and not staying cool, and also had a funny smell coming from it as well. There were also no vending machines on our floor as the signage showed there to be. Also, there was just something about the hotel that made it seem uninviting. Definitely would not recommend anyone to stay here and will not be coming back myself."

"Breakfast was really good and staff friendly. Parking good and several spots to park. Pool was not open and would have been nice to just sit outside. Only issue was the floor above us (RM107) we could hear a dog running back and forth on floor and early this morning around 6:30am the dog started barking while we were trying to sleep. "

"The room was clean as the hotel is currently under some updates. The Hotels.com listing for this property says it has a hot tub/spa but upon checking in, when asked, was told that the tub was removed, like many others of this chain, during the COVID stuff. We also saw/killed dozens of small ants that were all over the desk/table in the room. The remaining pool was almost unbearably cold."

"I get it, the place is old but the microwave didn’t work right; there was no shampoo and only one little bar of soap for both shower and sink. It would have been nice if there was a deadbolt in the door but alas there wasn’t, just a hole, so only a chain to keep anyone out. And a gap in the door to the outside. The parking lot needs attention for sure. But the mattress was good. The girl at the desk was friendly. I would not stay there again. A sad tribute to Will Rogers."

"Dryer in laundry was not working and has not been working for awhile. Took 4 hours to get 1 load of laundry done. House keeping walked in without knocking. It was very scary!"
