"A wonderful hotel which is iconic on the Brighton sea front. Room was modern clean and beautiful appointed with tasteful design and decoration. We had breakfast which is now a buffet, not my taste as I prefer table service and things like eggs Benedict, poached eggs and pancakes so would not go for the breakfast option. However what was available was fresh and cooked well. Overall a wonderful hotel and perfect choice for us."
