While it's certainly not the most important thing we all know 99% of hotels have got TV's in them, it's standard these days so the staff should be trained in how to work or set up the remotes and there should always be spares. There should be a set of instructions near the reception or even in the rooms...

"Receptionists customer service was 100 percent from the moment I walked through the door. She even gave me a really early checkin for free. Explained everything and was so kind. When we arrived back to our room late evening our tv didnt work and the same Receptionist changed our room immediately. Building was really cool, train station out side the door and ony 3.60 to get into the centre of Cambridge. Beds were really comfortable and I woukd definitely recommend staying here to save money as...
