"Lovely over night stay as we were at party in the village . Room was comfy clean and warm . Bit tired but it is an old pub Breakfast was beautiful really tasty very welcome after a late night . Friendly staff thank you "

"Rooms were very warm and a little dated.. Comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was ok. Do check the time of breakfast on arrival, as we have stayed here before and breakfast time was changed , so no breakfast was eaten. Small English breakfast was offered and consisted of a sausage, a rashers of bacon, fried egg hash brown and beans. There was also bread / toast and cereal available. "

From the warmest of welcomes and ensuring our room was what we wanted to the kind servers and bar staff, all were warm, personable yet professional. The evening meal and breakfast were some of the best we’ve ever eaten at a hotel. Will definitely be staying again. "
