"This is a great hotel if you want to avoid the busy city centre. It takes about 15 mins to get back to the centre by Taxi. I cant fault the hotels location if you're ok travelling by taxi or hire car. The breakfast options are good with a variety however you pay extra for an omelette."

The reception staff were extremely rude and treated guests as if we were beneath them — acting like we were stupid and they were somehow superior. We had clearly booked a room with breakfast included, but they insisted that our reservation did not include breakfast.
