"An amazing place and family friendly"

"Absolutely loved the amenities in the apartment."

"The hotel room was basic. The service in the restaurant was the worse I have experienced. Booked a table for dinner when we arrived, when we arrived to the restaurant, all tables occupied, so told to stand to the side until a table became. Once seated order was taken, drinks arrived and then waiting on food. We had been in the restaurant an hour, which I think is an excessive amount of time to wait. I asked a server how long it would be, she didn’t return but a manager approached to tell us...

"We spend just one night here in a quiet part of the city. Enjoyed wine at one of the sidewalk tables and spent a comfortable night in a clean room."

"Overall superb and phenomenal.highly recommended"

"L’appartement est neuf et confortable. Néanmoins nous avons noté des traces d’humidité très importantes entre la cuisine et une des chambres, des miettes sous les coussins des canapés, pas de tables ni de chaises pour déjeuner, un nombre important d’ampoules déficientes, une lampe cassée, et surtout un congélateur qui ne se ferme plus du fait de l’accumulation de glace, Les chauffages des deux salles de bains ne fonctionnent pas. Le quartier n’est pas résidentiel comme annoncé mais plutôt...

"Located at the core of Glasgow west end, this guest house offers a cosy atmosphere and classy traditional Scottish well equipped rooms. Breakfast is offering continental and British options, generously served strait from the kitchen, well cooked using high quality ingredients. Staff is always attentive and helpful."

"Great hotel and a great night's sleep!"

"We were warmly welcomed by Kaley (hope I remember and spelled correctly), Shr kindly offer to help with the luggage and accompanied us to the room, explained in details every amenities in the room( the Nespresso coffee machine and capsule, the varieties of black team and coffee bag( not instant coffee) , the electric shower, etc. the room was very clean and with modern decoration, there are full set of shower things. I felt very cozy and safe. A bit regret that we only stayed one night."

"Check In Prozedure unkompliziert und die Wohnung super central. Viele Geschäfte in der Umgebung und auch viele Cafés und Restaurants direkt vor Ort. In der Wohnung war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Lovely rooms and amenities and very central"

"Clean and well maintained. Excellent for the hydro but also for quiet away from the centre of glasgow. Would stay again"

"Most helpful and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. My waiters were excellent. I did not have breakfast so I cannot comment on that."

"This hotel is very new. It’s about 10 min walk from central train and 2m from the other. It’s one block off the main shopping street. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. The breakfast was upper end. The bar food downstairs is excellent And the attached restaurant is excellent"
