"Beautiful place to stay and a great location! We paid in advance and they requested payment a second time. But once I informed the host we already paid they were quick to remedy the situation. Overall we were quite happy with the accommodation and would come again!"

"I was involved in running events during my stay and had to leave early each morning and unable to take breakfast. I found the staff both friendly and helpful. On our first night my wife found the pillows too hard and these were replaced the next day. I would consider staying there again if I am in Harogate."

"The room was clean, it was a really nice stay the breakfast was okay me and my partner preferred the continental rather than the hot food as eggs were quite rubbery. Had a lovely sleep the beds were really comfortable and there was lots of places to sit inside the hotel. The spa was okay the staff were lovely but the facilities weren’t the best it was quite a small spa and on an evening you could only go at 8-9pm and then 7-10am in the morning and if you wanted to go in all day or another time...
