"This was probably my worst experience in my entire life at a hotel. I actually never got to stay in the room. I booked this room for my work crew knowing they would be showing up after hours. I called and made sure that the hotel was aware of the fact that they would be arriving after hours. When my crew showed up nobody would let them in the front door. Finally the front desk person came outside and started screaming at my crew and telling them he was going to kick their butts if they did not...
