"The only issue really has been working the TV. We have trouble with it every time we come here. But the lady from the ftont desk did come to our room to help us.

"Most everything was good, I liked the room we stayed in. Property was nice, and staff were friendly. Only complaint would be that room service would knock very early, then not return before the end of the day. Resulting in our room not being cleaned for 3 out of 4 nights. Highly recommended otherwise. "

"Hotel is beautiful with a beautiful lake view! It smells soo good as well and everywhere is clean. The staff are very friendly and professional. The food at the restaurant is really good as well. I had a lovely stay. "
"Rooms are huge, had a double king suite with a pull out and a kitchenette, really nice that 2nd king was in its own room to get some peace and quiet from the kids. Cool Hollywood themed hotel! Rooms were nice, clean, and looked new."
"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!
Otherwise the stay was comfortable, the room was big and quiet, the heating system worked well as did the WiFi. Parking was free, near a gas station and just off the highway so it was a good location for our transit stop in an 8 hour drive in the winter."
