Marla at the desk was very hospitable and was on top of everything... 4 star for cleanliness due to having to ask for different sheets as ours had a stain on them... Hotel conditions a 4 star only due to repairs and maintenance work being done... Complimentary breakfast was very good and well maintained/clean... Will definitely look into staying here again if/when in the area for travel again.

The room and bathroom were very clean. (There was some black mildew/mold around the caulking of the bathtub, but not a lot; a spray of bleach would have taken care of it.) The carpet appeared to be new. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.

When we arrived, the staff were very friendly, informative, and accommodating. There wa s a huge soccer tournament this weekend, and the breakfast staff did an incredible job of keeping everything stocked and cleaned up.

The staff was very nice and the house keeping did a good job keeping the room clean. However, the room smelled of mold (I believe from the AC/Heat unit). My son with allergies ended up getting sick and the rest of us had very stuffy noses that felt like a cold. A few hours after we left, everything cleared up. I had other friends staying in the hotel as well and their room smelled so musty they had to move to another room. They too felt stuffy but felt better when they left as well.

The hotel was nice and the room was clean. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were hard but the bed was clean. The only complaint I have is with the shower. It was a stand up shower with only partial glass so there was no door or curtain. This made the shower cold and water got on the floor. I don’t understand why you have a shower without a door or curtain. It makes for a cold watery mess.
