"Had a good stay here. The hotel is in good shape overall. My room was clean, but not perfect. Some noticeable wear and tear that comes with use and age. There is a parking fee if you want to use the garage, otherwise you have to park on the street. Now, on to the best part of my stay. The breakfast is excellent! They had made to order omelets and plenty of other items to choose from. Even had salmon with all the toppings like capers and copped red onion. And, oh my, the grits were delicious. Just perfect! This was not your typical free hotel breakfast. Way better. If my travels ever take me back to Augusta, Georgia, I will be staying here again."

"The hotel was in a great location right along the Savannah river. The parking garage was a very short walk from the hotel. We only ate breakfast there but the presentation on the plate was excellent. The food was great! I have to give a lot of love to the staff. They were very professional and helpful. If you are going to Augusta drive across the river and stay at the Crown Plaza in North Augusta South Carolina."

"Really enjoyed our stay at Hampton inn. Staff was so very helpful. Property was clean and stylish. Felt very safe. Close to fastfood, Walmart, Gas station. Everything you need for travel. Definitely do not recommend the breakfast. I only enjoyed the oatmeal and waffles. The proteins (eggs, bacon/sausage) tasted fake/processed And unless you get to the coffee fast, you're stuck getting warm coffee at best. BUT, I was not there for the food so I still gave this hotel a 5 rating for safety, cleanliness and nearby good/shopping convince. I have stayed here a few times to visit family nearby and have had great experiences each time."

"The staff was absolutely amazing at this hotel. The front desk clerk Tiara is so outgoing and friendly and engaging. She made our stay worth it. Not to mention the incredibly hard-working lady that puts the continental breakfast together every morning, who is also incredibly friendly and a sweetheart. The rooms are extremely clean and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody if we ever find ourselves in Augusta again we would definitely go back."

"What a fantastic staff! Proactively helpful and ready to address any concerns I had, which is a huge relief being disabled in a wheelchair. When I was late for breakfast and it had closed, the staff person took care of me anyway so I could have toast and a couple of eggs. The bathroom and room for exceptionally clean. The whole property look really well taken care of. This is an operation which takes pride in itself."
