"From the moment we arrived, the service at the Shangri-La Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The team could not have done more for us if they tried. We never once had to open a door or press an elevator button ourselves — every detail of our stay was thoughtfully taken care of. They kindly froze ice packs for my medication, which was greatly appreciated, and when they learned it was my birthday, they surprised us with an upgraded room. To make the day even more special, they sent a beautiful gluten-free birthday cake and balloons to our room — such a thoughtful and personal touch. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel itself is stunning, and the location is simply fabulous. We cannot recommend the Shangri-La Hotel highly enough and will definitely stay again."

There were plenty of excellent restaurant options on-site, offering variety and convenience without ever having to leave the property. Our room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and snacks waiting for us upon arrival. It really felt like a luxury experience from start to finish. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. One front desk team member stood out—he greeted us with a warm smile, checked us in efficiently, and handled a room delay with genuine courtesy. He offered great advice on visiting the Burj Khalifa while we waited and later gave helpful restaurant recommendations. His kindness and hospitality set the tone for our entire stay.
