"The front desk personnel were efficient and friendly. The ladies who cleaned the room were accommodating and refilled supplies, but the dispensers in the bathtub are inconvenient for one who takes a bath. The breakfast was nicely done and the lady who runs it is a hard worker."

"We stay at Regency every time we need a hotel while in Pittsburg Kansas.The staff is always friendly, the rooms are extremely clean, it's very quiet. The only downside is I prefer a softer bed, where their beds are very firm."
