"The hotel is literally in the airport, which was very helpful when our flight was delayed. The place was really busy, but staff were nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. Prices seemed fair. Lots of solid choices for dining. Make our 19 hour flight delay better."

"Absolutely 5 star stay: Room has amazing AC, actual rainfall walk in shower from ceiling, double sinks, new tv, modern lighting fixtures fridge, closet etc. This was for the basic room - greatly exceeded expectations. 2 pools - one indoor and one outdoor with relaxation room, spa, sauna plenty of lounge chairs and gorgeous lakeside view. Resteraunts and bars were great - buffet style and excellent cocktails. Really happy with the stay!"

"It was a basic room. Clean, with a comfortable bed. There is no air conditioning in the room ,so it was a little bit warm ( Langen IS however experiencing something of a heatwave) Room cleaning is available only upon request . During my stay, there seemed to be some renovations taking place which lead to some drilling noise. This usually was complete by 1800. The newly opened steakhouse was bright and airy with friendly staff and a basic menu. The coffee station in the lobby served ( imho) very tasty coffee. I recommend it. If required it is less than five minutes walk to the railway station for connections to Frankfurt. For a short term stay I can recommend it."

"It would be helpful to have a meal order card in the room so breakfast can be ordered in advance and not just assume the guest don’t want to eat and have nothing to serve that day. Check in also was a bit confusing but over all this place was amazing, clean and the staff was very friendly. I gave it 5 stars because little things like these don’t bother me for the friendly staff and the beauty of this place made up for it."

"The room was very well kept, the staff was very friendly and allowed me to check in at 3:00AM when I had an event that kept me out late Friday night. The breakfast buffet is excellent and it is located perfectly to get to the airport or to travel within the city of frankfurt"
