The hallways were grimy, the shade on the window was tied closed so couldn’t see outside if you wanted to, although there was tea/coffee set up-only decaf was available and the milk pods were curdled. "The room was away from the busy street, so it was very quiet. The picture of the place was misleading... It was a picture of a picture on the wall. Our main complaint is that it was advertised as including breakfast. But 2 days before arrival, we got a message that because of costs, breakfast is not served. No offer was made to reduce the price."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our four night visit to Stable Lodge - lovely, clean rooms and the property is in a nice quiet setting which is great after a busy day doing "tourist stuff" in the Cotswolds. Mark and Mona were great hosts.
