"The only little complaint we had was the checking in process. We were told we’d get an email telling us how to check in which we never got. Also there seemed to be a difference between the info on hotels dot com and the places own website. But other than that, the room was lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable. The bathroom was amazing and spotless. Would definitely recommend "

"Breakfast on the whole was exceptional but maybe the scrambled eggs needed some work, aside from that no complaints and the speed of service was excellent. Awesome location with views outside the property and staff are very outstanding. Hotel is currently being updated which is being done without minimal disruption to the guests. Highly recommended. "Great value room, for if you need simple room with no frills "

"We stayed in Erphingham gate room, nice and clean, large suite, roll top bath in the corner. Staff all polite and friendly, hubby would have liked a bigger TV and no ladies make/up hair styling area . Always a hotel we visit again and again "

"Fantastic hotel really with loads of character set in lovely grounds running down to the river. Small personal homely feel not a bland corporate Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Probably one of the best spa facilities that I haves ever visited the beer spar was a first for me and greatly enjoyed thanks to Macy for the great back and neck massage. Evening meal food was fantastic."
