Pros: First of all, kudos to receptionist Nga for her great recommendations of places to eat and go in town. She was very welcoming and enthusiastic. Room with city view was modern and clean with all necessary amenities. Gym equipment are new and clean. Swimming pool was amazing. Cons: Please take care of peeled paints around the room wall. Safety box should have at least an instruction. Overall highly recommend!

Excellent hôtel

Tres bon hôtel avec des chambres spacieuses avec balcon (pour les chambres deluxe). Le petit déjeuner dispose de beaucoup plats typiques vietnamiens en buffet, un régal ! Le personnel est très serviable et efficace. Seul bémol la piscine était plutot fraîche, mais cela a le mérite de limiter le nombre de nageurs !

Woukd use hotel again.

Little bit of confusion when checjing in as they didnt expect a child even though we had booked. After that though we coukdnt complain. Room was nice and comfortable. New facilities for pool and sauna were good. Breakfast was simple but quite good and overall for what we paid we were very happy. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout.

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was of a good standard Vietnamese style. Laundry bill of 400,000 dong $30 for approx. 1 load of washing was very expensive.

Reasonably attentive and friendly staff. Good laundry and housekeeping. Location is fine. On the negative side, the beds and pillows are old and seemed to have bed bugs or have been laundered in a detergent that irritates the skin. Not sure which. I was also questioned about the lid of the kettle that falls off. It was like that when i checked in. Not a nice way to end one's stay. Inspect your old equipment properly before having guests if you plan to bother them about nickel and dime stuff on the way out.

Good value for money stay

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had a pleasant stay. It’s a good location near the main road into the city and the north bus station. The breakfast was at a good standard for the money we paid and staff were very friendly.

Good stay.

Good stay overall. Good free breakfast. Free drinking water. Bed was comfortable even though the sheets hadn't been changed on the day we checked in. I realized it during the night as they seemed clean but had a "slept in" smell. They changed them the next morning without problem. Only thing I didn't like, and it happened it 2 different hotels in BMT, is that they keep your passport, even if you ask them to only take a picture, as it's done everywhere else in Vietnam.
