"Loved staying here - didn't want to leave. Lots of things to do, delicious food at breakfast and dinners. Really enjoyed the nature walks with the guide. The setting is beautiful and we left feeling rejuvenated. The staff was very accomodating and despite a full house, transferred us to a room with elevator access that my husband needed."

"Place is elegant and formal. The setting is very nice, and the waterfalls are beautiful. There are a lot of staff, and many are just standing around or looking at their computer. Just not a lot of people going out of their way to make sure that you are delighted with your stay. I got there a little early and was made to wait in the lobby until check in time (which was fine), but then told it was going to be "another hour" for my room to be ready, and then, after some staff discussions,...
