"Sage Hotel Wollongong is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, largely because of the five-star customer service. The staff were fantastic—welcoming, friendly and always happy to help. The hotel itself is lovely. Our room was spacious and clean, with amazing views, and the beach is right next door. It’s also an easy walk to plenty of cafés and restaurants. The buffet breakfast offered was great. Good variety and range of options. Yummy breakfast! I’d definitely recommend Sage Hotel Wollongong. The customer service is second to none!"

"Kula is a lovely property. The apartments are well presented, spacious and comfortable. The location is also great and walkable to the beach and mall. There were some issues with one of the lifts not working, however the team communicated quickly and clearly and it was rectified the next day. I would suggest the addition of stoppers on all of the doors, as they bang onto the wardrobe mirrors and could cause breakage. There is also one needed on the outside of the mirror bathroom cabinet. The balcony was great however unusable for most of the day as it was in full sun until the afternoon. Some shutters or shade to protect part of it would be great. The pool area was lovely and clean however a bit too cool for a swim. Overall a beautiful property and great value."
