Always try and stay here when working a s I dont have crazy needs but last time arrived at 7:30 pm room assignex already in use. Quickly assigned a new room but room not ready yet need 30 minutes.

You get a lot for your money here, yes it’s budget, but the rooms are incredibly well taken care of by a dedicated staff who are available any time of night and day and genuinely try to help. The owner should be proud of her people.

Paid for room. Showed up at 8:00PM, was told no rooms were ready, come back in an hour and a half. Came back at 10:00PM, doors were locked with a note on the window that no more guests would be checked in the entire weekend. Had to book another room 30 minutes away and fight Expedia for the refund. Hotel refuses to answer phone. Expedia won't give a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Room not ready for hours and hours, new staff, tv had no remote, no tv until second night then WiFi wouldn’t work. Pool broken. Continental breakfast unavailable. Staff apologetic and saying were quitting.

Never again will I ever book here had the worst experience yesterday booked ahead of time and tried to check in at 3 and was told to wait to them not having rooms employees were doing the best they can being short staff the owner needs to do better with them and realize how hard they work alone I had to be told to find another place by 10 pm due to them not having rooms no linen and staff

We never got our room she said she was short staffed and couldn't have a room clean for another 6 hours so she cancelled our reservation and we did not get our money back! We drove almost 2 hours for nothing

Arrived at about 10:00 PM and was told the room was ready but they didn't have any towels. Person working the front desk said there's a load in the dryer and they'll be ready in 40 minutes. Came back 40 minutes later and was told there was some problem and there were still no towels available. Agreed to come back the following morning. Came back at 7:00 AM and the office was closed with a sign on the door instructing to call a phone number for assistance. I didn't have any more time to mess with such a simple thing. I will contact Expedia and demand a refund.

Hotel did not honor reservation. Showed up at 12:30 AM and there was a sign on the office door indicating guests should contact their booking company for a refund. I stayed at the hotel the prior night and was assured there wouldn't be a problem if I arrived at 1:00 AM. There was another couple who were locked out of their room and they couldn't get any help from the hotel staff either.

Showed up at 1 am and office was closed and a housekeeper let us know that nobody has been in the office in DAYS and there was no way for us to get our room key! No phone number to call nothing.

When we arrived there were about 5 people waiting in line. All staff were new, wifi down all day, no tv unless you log into your own account, no towels or washcloths in the room. They gave us a room that they had already assigned to someone else. So I had to go back and get a different room. Took an hour and a half to get into the room. Dead bugs all over the sink. People in the waiting room were talking about their rooms were filthy, ordered the fridge for the addition charge and the staff couldn't find one. One person had a reservation and they had no room for him. The copy machine was broken which delayed everyone's registration.

The people who work front desk are wonderful. Even when it is busy they stay calm and never show that they are mad. Very friendly. It's nice and quiet here.

This property has gone downhill so badly since we were there last. The room was fine. Linens and towels were clean. Room was in acceptable condition. But the rest was a sh@t show. While checking in the woman behind The counter acted like we were wasting her time by showing up to check in. When the phone rang and she answered it, she was rolling her eyes and making faces at the person on the phone, then she would hang up and talk crap about the caller to the customers in line . When I called prior to travel, they told us no pets w/o a big UNREFUNDABLE cleaning deposit, but there were dogs everywhere and cat hair in my sister’s bed when she checked in. Our TV wasn’t hooked up when we checked in. Turned out to not be the correct TV/remote combo and we had to have maintenance take it and bring us another one. There was no fridge in our room for our medication. Apparently you have to “rent” one for $5 more per day, IF one is available. The pool was a slimy disgusting cesspool. There were tweakers everywhere, hanging out in the parking lot at all hours. There was trash and clothing and luggage strewn about the premesis. It was completely unsafe for anybody to go from room to room alone. We recommended this hotel to our out of state family based on our last stay, and were completely embarrassed by the cr@aphole it turned out to be. We got three rooms to attend an event in Laughlin. A bloodcurdling scream woke me out of a dead sleep in the middle of the night. Ridiculous!

There were no trash cans in the room at all. There was one towel, wash cloth, and one hand towel. I went to the office to get another set (there were two of us). The one woman in the office acted like it was a cardinal sin to ask for another set. She asked me if there was makeup remover towelettes that I could use instead. I told her we use wash cloths to wash our bodies. She said that she’d have to get them from the storage room and it would be a little while. The guy that was in there was more hospitable. He offered to bring them to my room. I never did get a trash can though.

The property is conveniently located and could was by the river. Nice view of the river if you had a pool room (one that backed up to the pool). The room was average but didn't expect too much because the room was fairly inexpensive. Furnishings in the room needed to be updated--although I talked to the front desk who said management is slowly doing a refurb on all the rooms. All in all it was a decent place to stay. I would stay there again.

When we arrived, there were two people waiting for rooms ahead of us. The person behind the counter did not know what rooms were cleaned and what rooms weren't. We waited 3 hours to get our room. We were given a room that wasn't clean which we said was fine as we were tired and ready to get to sleep. We were given bedding and towels and then made up the bed and also wiped down the toilet and counters. The next day, we asked to be moved to another room and it was great. The staff was wonderful and tried their best to take care of us but the first night was about the worst hotel experience we have had.

Owner is very nice and friendly so is her staff, the view is amazing. Been staying here for a year once a month mostly, they been doing upgrades.

the pool was dirty and put of service the room was very old and there wasn't toilet paper and the towels smelled like cigarettes and the coffee maker didn't work

When we arrived there was a very nice older lady who was working by herself. She wasn’t sure which rooms were clean. She couldn’t walk very well and had to drive her car down to check the rooms to see which ones were available. Twice. Zero help and apparently the computer went down. To no fault of her we made our own bed and brought down towels. The room smells like cat pee. I give her a 10 for her effort and shame on the owner and/or manager who left her by herself.

The breakfast it states it’s not a true breakfast not even the continental breakfast it stated was not served. The front desk clerk stated that the food danishes order was delayed. Disappointed only had coffee. Thank God.

I booked a suite but the tv didn’t work they have no staff to help and the lady in the front doesn’t want to move or do anything there was a suite next door with a tv and a fridge I needed and she didn’t bother to check staff is extremely lazy I’ll never stay here again!

Very very dirty. The first room we checked into had broken glass and ramen on the floor so we asked for another room and we got a bigger room and at first it looks very nice but as we were walking, a man pulled out a gun pointed it at a group of other men who were touching his motorcycle which has every right to pull a gun, but back to the room once you get in the room, we noticed the sheets haven’t been changed the shower has dry dirty water from when the maids dump the bucket of floor water, the toilet had pee on the toilet seat, hair on the pillowcases and the light fixture has probably 200 dead bugs inside of it and it’s the main light so you can’t help but see the dead carcasses, a hooker that works out of her room on the bottom floor, there’s also local drug dealers that come here. If you ever need any drugs, I recommend coming here for that he’s the man with LA Dodgers tattoo he works out of the back of his expedition. I’m sure he’s got everything. The nights here. People everywhere. Yelling from across the parking lot to each other
