"Super friendly staff accommodated our late arrival. Room was very clean, nicely decorated. Delicious food as well!"

"Hotel charges 150 zlots for buffet dinner, there are very poor variety. In weekends it wasn't bad, but during the week the cost is really outrageous. I understand we pay for convenience, but even convenience doesn't cost so much money."

"Excelente ubicación y el lugar precioso"

"One of our favs. Absolutely outstanding from the helpfulness of the staff to the cleanliness of the entire hotel."

"Perfecto, paisaje precioso, amabilidad y buen servicio "

"We had an amazing stay here! The staff was so friendly and made the trip that much better! Anything you needed from help with like where to go for food or entertainment, or just a nice place to settle in after a long day of walking this place was perfect. We didn’t get to take advantage of the spa so we want to try it next time! We stayed on the top floor suite and I highly recommend getting the same spot. "Our stay was very pleasant. We traveled with a group and rented two adjacent rooms. Each room had a balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains. It was truly peaceful and serene. The ladies who operate the hotel are wonderful and cook delicious breakfasts each morning—you can smell the freshly baked goods from the room. The property is clean and well maintained. Ending the day of hiking with a sauna was perfection."

"Quarto e banheiro bem grande. Localização excelente. As tolhas de banho eram muito pequenas e finas e o frigobar não gelava as bebidas."

"Great location and amenities Clean and spacious."

"Loved the staff, so super helpful. Nice to have breakfast included. There was a lot to choose from and it was tasty. Not super close to city center, but in between Tatra Park and city center was good location for us. Only complaints: room was roadside which was a bit noisy and no darkening shade in room so I was up very early with the sun!"

"Clean and a great stay"

"Great views"

"Great location, close to main attractions like Thermal Baths and restaurants. Very clean hotel, fab breakfast. We had a room for 5 people with comfortable beds, AC and a balcony. Definitely recommend for everyone."
