"I stayed at The Standard with my son who is 10. Very cozy and fashionable hotel with lovely staff who are very welcoming and nice. Their hospitality was great. They held onto our luggage after we checked out (the flight was at 11pm) so we could explore the city and go shopping during the day. They also let us stay at the lounge for a couple of hours before heading to the airport. The area, while very luxurious, clean, and secure, lacks the occasional "street shop"; it only has a very expensive shopping mall connected to the hotel with expensive restaurants and very high-priced groceries. "Got a complimentary upgrade to a room with balcony, courtesy of Sofia because I asked if it was possible to have a late check-out. She was really friendly and approachable! Staff are all friendly and excellent service provided :) Love the room, it is cosy and well-stocked with necessities. Gym and pool is okay. Convenient location to shopping area and different food options! All in all, I really enjoyed my stay at Pan Pacific Orchard and will definitely be back! :) "
