We truly enjoyed our stay at Suzangaron Hotel. The location is convenient, the rooms are spacious, and the hospitality is outstanding. It felt like a home away from home. The newly opened Suzangaron Restaurant & Terrace is a fantastic addition to the hotel. The rooftop view is breathtaking, especially after sunset, and every meal we tried was fresh and full of flavor.

From check-in to check-out, everything at Suzangaron Hotel was excellent. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after exploring Bukhara. We also had dinner at the rooftop Suzangaron Restaurant & Terrace. The combination of great food, friendly service, and stunning panoramic views created an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Suzangaron Hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff was always smiling and happy to help with any request. The rooftop Suzangaron Restaurant & Terrace was the highlight of our stay. Amazing city views, delicious food, and a peaceful atmosphere made every evening special. We will definitely come back.

Room was a little small but ok, very late with cleaning room. Always had to ask for toilet paper and water which wasnt that forthcoming. Breakfast wasnt great, often certain foods had run out and were not replaced. Location was excellent. Remember there is a walk ftom parking to hotel as it is pedestrianised..only about 5 minutes

the hotel location was perfectly situated in the pedestrian area of old Bukhara. The city is very nice, easy to walk around. the staff was very helpful whenever we needed to call a taxi from and to any destination. the beds were unfortunately not so comfortable. maybe they should consider adding an over mattress to cover the old structure.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Suzangaron Hotel. The atmosphere is calm and charming, with a lovely blend of traditional style and comfort. The staff were incredibly kind and made me feel very welcome from the first moment. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide buffet selection and everything fresh and delicious. One of my favorite parts was the terrace — the view over Bukhara is simply beautiful, especially at sunset. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the city. I would definitely love to come back again.

Good location and air conditioning worked are the only positives. Bed is just springs, breakfast is whatever is left the day before and the staff and customer service is terrible. Did not register us on the Emehmon System which is required for all visitors over 3 days. When checking into next hotel were advised we have not been registered at previous hotel and cannot check in. Potentially left with excessive fines and issues when leaving country all through lack of professionalism and care of staff at Suzangaron. The terrace view is overrated too. Seems like they are buying reviewers, avoid at all costs.

We stayed at Suzangaron Hotel as a couple and absolutely loved it. The hotel has a very cozy, family-friendly feeling, and the staff treated us like part of their own family. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with traditional details. The kids enjoyed the courtyard, and we loved relaxing there in the evenings. Breakfasts were amazing — lots of fresh fruit, homemade pastries, and local dishes. This hotel truly made our stay in Bukhara special!

Breakfast is tastefully and very great, i would suggest you to go there for healthy and fresh breakfast.Adminstration also works perfect especially Admin Ulugbek and manager Dior will do their job perfectly.I really glad with this hotel Suzangaron will remind me beautiful sightseeing and unforgettable memories.

Suzangaron Hotel is a real gem in the heart of Bukhara. The atmosphere is cozy and authentic, with beautiful traditional design and modern comfort. The staff are friendly and always make you feel welcome. I especially liked the inner courtyard — it’s a peaceful spot to relax after exploring the city. Good hotel location good view of terrace that unbelievable beautiful place from Bukhara compare to other terrace all thing works correctly especially elevators are good when u you have to use for smth that more important.Hotel people are good especially Adminstrator Ulugbek will have done his job perfectly manager is so delightful overall hotel conditions is great
