"Staff didn’t seem to care to help with anything, our jacuzzi didn’t work so we had to switch rooms, hot water went out for half the hotel, tv didn’t work, no breakfast options available…… not a good stay whatsoever."

"This was THE WORST hotel I ever booked. I had to walk out and leave within a few hours because it was that disgusting. There was feces/crap left in the toilet and there was food crumbs on the tops of the counters near the bed and gum stuck into the carpet and what looked like blood stains on the ..."
