the heater in every room is located under the window and you certainly have control of how warm/cool guests would like it to be. if you had any issues, front desk could have been contacted. we would have been more then happy to help.

stay over rooms are not cleaned daily due to covid. we keep you and our staff as safe as possible. there was a key in your keysleeve given at check in that stated if you needed any clean linens shampoo etc to contact the front desk. we apologize you didnt enjoy our complimentary breakfast, we do serve a variety of options...cereal, oatmean,hot waffles, breakfast sandwiches, danish, muffins yogurt and of course the coffee juice and tea
