"Room was clean, smelled fresh. Bed very comfortable with soft sheets. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was clean. Our room overall was fine. Breakfast offered multiple selections and the time frame of 3 hours was generous. The building in general needs upkeep, repairs to carpet, floors, walls. We did not use the pool or workout area, so no opinion on that. We had our little dog and the grounds were very nice for walking him outside. Several outdoor tables and chairs for eating, smoking, and relaxing. If the building was spiffed up with needed repairs, I would rate it as excellent."
