Hotels.com should be ashamed to be affiliated with this “No-Tell Hotel”. Sleep was next to impossible due to the 1/2 hour sessions going on in the rooms next door. Like clockwork from roughly 7pm till 6am there were different cars pulling up and men entering the room of what looked to be a MAYBE 18yr old girl. Then the constant fights heard outside over money from these upstanding individuals…
The room itself had zero working heat…but there was Air conditioning…on a 28° night. The floor was cracked, walls were un finished, bathroom wall had blood splatter on it. This is one hotel I’d stay FAR AWAY from.
Only 1 key card worked, roaches inside, TV didn't work, inside was not nice at all.
They mentioned getting a day free, but have yet to credit my account.
They had a decent free breakfast bar with excellent coffee, fresh milk, cereal, bananas, Canadian white bread for toast & SMUCKERS Jelly!
I didn't think the outside door to the 2nd floor stairway should be open to anyone with no key required.
As was described in an earlier review that we read, the tv in our room could not watched without waiting for the night manager to come to the room to fiddle with it.
Terrible place. Dirty rooms. Nothing lime to the pictures they have on Expedia. Pictures show phone in the rooms, clean and towels of each size, etc and there was none of that in the room. Only two towels for shower in the room. Dirty floors, dirty bathroom, a lot of broken walls in the room. Insects inside the room. The fire/smoke detector was broken and hanging out from the ceiling. I will never go back to this place. Way to expensive for what they have (nothing).
Have been to Niagara falls very recently and stayed one night here at Econo Lodge, everything was so good and well maintained except the cigarette smell in the room. it was terrible as if
I had a horrible experience here. First, the room was dirty, smelled gross! AC is huge and very noisy. The the cable wouldn’t work. Tried to get help but the people that work there I couldn’t understand. Very heavy accents. Asked for a different room and they said no. It was the hdmi cable that was making the cable not work so I would have to get up and unplug and plug it back in every time I changed channels. When I went to shower the next morning, I didn’t have any bath towels! That’s when I found someone’s used bath towel hanging on my bathroom door. I was so irate!! I left and later that day checked my credit card statement and they charged me TWICE! Can’t go talk to them because they can’t be understood so had to call my credit card company. I’ve stayed in MANY motels over the last 1.5 years and this one is the absolute worst! Will NEVER stay again!
Door broken, I had to wait until they opened the door for us, microwave non working, tv remote non working, curtains broken. It was the worse! Never again, and for what I paid for!
We did not stay...hotel looked completely unsafe! Hotel employees standing & smoking in room doorways...additional employees hanging around car parked in middle of very small parking lot...never attempted to move....don't stay here!
This was the worse hotel I have ever seen! I cannot believe they are allowed to operate like they do. My 83 yr. old mother had to be moved to 4 different rooms. All of which were terrible. None of the 5 rooms we looked at has functioning curtains, fridges didn’t work, rooms were extremely dirty, and the TV in my room did not work at all. DO NOT STAY HERE!
