Dear Mr. Andres, thanks for the time to give us your opinion, however you choose a boutique hotel and all our rooms, breakfast and terrace, are french style and not as big as american style. Like you said yourself, our priority is the service of our staff, wich we consider rated as 5 stars. Wi will be waiting to welcoming you again. My Apologies for the invonvenient of the next building. Dear Mr. / Mrs.It is very sad to hear this comments. We will do a research about all what you said, but we need more information about your stay, such us dates and room number. With that information we can check the records of your stay. I give my apologise I can do more by now. I will be waiting for your reply if you can enlarge it. Regarding the up grade, depending what kind of room you like to move to, be cause for example, from the standar room to the Royal Suite room can be up to 600 usd different, and sometimes, even more.
