The hotel looks fabulous. The service is terrible. The front desk staff are in a bad mood and completely unhelpful. The elevators don't work. I was there during peak holiday season and the service was exhausting, from breakfast to lunch to dinner. It's not as described; the pool isn't heated. People come and go without any respect for others. Honestly, I left stressed out, even after paying for a late check-out. I was not happy.

This hotel was the worst I ever stayed at. First the room had an odor in f moldy mop. I was told to open the window and oar the room. The floor in the executive suite was so dirty, my white socks turned black. The housekeeper never gave me clean towels, unless I asked. The front desk people were so not inviting or helpful. The breakfast was 90% pastries, which is horrible. The pool was so dirty it was green. It wasn’t until 4 dats later the pool was clear, exposing so many missing tiles at the bottom of the pool. I would never recommend this hotel. Stay away

Staff not exactly friendly but that may be the language barrier. Rooms are large and clean with extra blankets. Temperature is centrally controlled so made use of them. Breakfast was poor. No eggs, orange drink instead of orange juice, mainly bread and pastries and cereal.

Electricity went off several times on different days. No generator at the hotel :) The safe in my room could not be repaired by Maintenance, despite my repeated claims. They often run off of food at the breakfast bar. It was always collapsed. I tried to talk to the Manager three times, and the Receptionists refused to provide me with a name; they never called me back. The room was not cleaned properly (E.g., Dishes, trash, etc.). JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

The location, close to the Congress/ Assembly. Check in was good but later I asked to change my room due to smell issues but unsuccessful. It should have been simple SWAP but management refused to do it though plenty of options available. The furniture was old and unhygienic especially the Sofa, study chair which was replaced later on. I had a suite but without coffee table. The towels were pretty old. The manager is not paying attention to the property and wasting resources, even the chairs at the reception needs repairs not a good sign. Management should not waste such a good property and with few tweaks and procedural changes it can be a world class facility. Few other guests in the Lobby/ elevator share the similar thouths.

property was in good condition,front desk staff was friendly and helpfull. we went to restaurant to have dinner,waited 5 minutes hostess did not even come and greet us aand did not bring menu? so we walked away from the restaurant. and worst thing about this hotel was the breakfast bufee i could not imagine any worst breakfast selection,there was no hot food offered,mainly sweet buns,nothing green or sliced tomatos ,olives,or any vegetables, bufe seting was so unorganized that coffe cups were far away from coffe pots,plates are far away from food,over all very lousy breakfast.i would not come here again.i
