Dingy and creepy

This motel was created for one purpose and that is not to go to sleep! The room wasn’t particularly clean and we purposely spent the whole of the daytime out sightseeing. I was unable to open the window blinds so they stayed closed. The bed was hard and more like a sofa bed than a normal mattress. Not recommended to bring children here. The local area is sketchy too. However it is very cheap!

Muy mediocre

Impresentables! No nos querían dar la habitación por la que resevé. Hubo que esperar 2 horas hasta que una se desocupara. Después, el frigobar no enfriaba. Y ruidos de la habitación de arriba, al parecer una cama que hacía "ñaca ñaca ñaca ñaca"...y chicas gritando "aaah aaaaah"....no entiendo que le pasa a la gente en éste hotel...por útlmo trajeron el desayuno, somos dos, pero vino un sólo café. Aunque al rato llegó el caf'e faltante, pero con una sóla medialuna. También una Coca que valía 2400, le di $2500, y me devolvieron $300....es como que al personal le cuesta la matemática. El hidromasaje....no andaba bien, es una bañadera comun pero con ese sistema de chorros de agua. Y que anduvo el tiempo que se le cantó, después no funcionó mas, aparte, muy chica....es para una sóla persona, nada que ver a lo que muestran en las fotos.... Todo raaaaro....No volvemos mas, Dallas esttá en Texas, no en Bs As....

Hotel que é motel

Hotel que na verdade é um motel! Estacionamento de motel,recepção de motel,quarto de motel! Pessoal que atendia eram atenciosos! Tudo bem que o preço foi muito em conta,pois priorizamos um hotel com estacionamento,justamente pra nao ficar na função de procurar estacionamento particular no trânsito caótico de Buenos Aires,mas achamos que era um hotel mais simples e não um motel! Quarto,com iluminação de motel,ou seja,tudo escuro,cheiro de cigarro,o ar parecia um carreta carregada subindo a serra, e o pior, era ouvir a gritaceira do quarto ao lado, e na madrugada ouvir o barulho de porta batendo, acredito que era o pessoal da limpeza,arrumando o quarto para os próximos,em plena madrugada. Cama com colchão de água,pedimos mais uma coberta,nos mandaram duas cortinas. Enfim...Nao conseguimos fazer o básico que precisávamos,que era descansar bem após 600 km de moto.

A hotel e um motel, mas vale a pena pelo conforno...Só é ruim pq o quarto que ficamos a net era bem ruim...E aconteceu uma coisa chata tbm, roubaram celular do meu namorado qdo foi fumar na frente do hotel...Podiam alertar os hospedes...

This is not a regular hotel, but a love hotel. So plastic mattress where you will hear the neighbours.. Wifi very limited and it was not possible to turn off the music in the room.

The property was fine for the price and the purpose. Had a few issues but personnel solved them promptly. Particularly the fact that they NEVER got my reservation from EXPEDIA. Thanks God Hotel Dallas personnel had one room available and they sent room service to clean it and made it ready for me even before the check in time.

Room wasn’t clean when we arrived even though we said what time we would arrive. Took many attempts to get in contact with them about our reservation, when we finally did they didn’t know about bookings on Expedia and had never heard of my booking. After 40 mins on the phone to Expedia they still hadn’t fixed it, the following day they sent me another email saying they had confirmed it, I messaged them asking if it had been confirmed and they said it has.... Says they speak English on the website but had to use a translator ( not a big deal) but after handing the slip that Expedia had sent out they still didn’t know who I was.. even after numerous messages from me. No rooms have more than 1 bed 1 plug in the bathroom to change a phone... not helpful when there is 2 of you. When I booked the room Expedia claimed there to be an airport shuttle, there was none, have now since been taken off the website. They gave us a limit on how much power we can use. Wifi doesn’t reach the rooms. The concierge that checked is in was super lovely however had to ask for the wifi for the pass word. There is no remote for the AC / heat. The window doesn’t lock. The shower water goes everywhere so can’t have any belongings in there. Even the toilet paper got wet... Sheets were wet when we arrived in the room. And stained with blood. We asked for a new pair and they were also stained.... no real blankets... only sheets. We were put in a smoking friendly room, even though we do

Los cuartos, el servicio y la atención del personal, todo excelente. Recomendamos el lugar a muchos amigos. Sólo hubo un pequeño tema en cuanto al cuarto que elegimos: tenía la ventana rota y el dueño quería enviarnos a uno de mucha menor categoría del que habíamos elegido(cobrándonos lo mismo y por supuesto, envió a la chica de atención al publico a que ponga la cara por el) Finalmente, el tema se solucionó y pudimos cambiarnos a uno igual al que habíamos elegido. El resto...excelente!
