First of all I want to emphasize that we are more than grateful that you have selected us among so many options when choosing accommodation.We will review the check-in time listed on Expedia and will proceed to correct the error as soon as possible. Thank you very much for noticing and reporting it.As for the sign outside, it happens that we only operate on the first two floors of the building, the remaining 13 floors have other owners. Therefore we are not allowed to place any type of billboard.We are glad that overall you had a good experience. Our doors are open whenever you want to return! Greetings!

We do have Housekeeping staff available, but the service is on request, as it's stated when checking in and it's also written in the signs on each room. Therefore if we're not notified that you need the service we cannot provide it.Staff will not enter a room without previous consent from the guests.

We would have liked to assist you if given the chance, had this been notified to us at the moment it happened, to give you a spare key and get rid of the mosquitoes problem.About the elevator, it was a temporary situation we have solved, sadly it happened throughout your stay.
