"They were very prompt on check in. Extrememly helpful on answering all questions. Had a bagged lunch prepped as we were leaving on a 6am flight. This is the place to stay, especially if you need to be close to the airport. Also if you have a rental car there is a gas station right beside the hotel. "

"Lovely hotel. Friendly, helpful staff; very clean; comfortable, modern room; very comfortable bed; clean bathroom. Great location - handy for restaurants and public transportation (only a few minutes walk from trams and Oktogon metro station. My only gripe would be that breakfast was quite expensive - around £17 a day - however it’s a buffet and there’s plenty of choice so you can eat as much as you want. If you don’t want to pay that much for breakfast then there are plenty of bakeries etc...

"The hotel was beautiful and located very centrally next to lots of cafes and tourist attractions. The breakfast was amazing with great variety of options. We also really enjoyed and the bar area with pianist playing there in evening - it was a perfect way to end the day."

"Pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a larger two bedroom suite, which really wasn’t needed! However the central location of the hotel was excellent as was the staff and the whole experience! Very close to the Chain Bridge, which made it very accessible for an evening stroll after dinner! Would definitely recommend and will return!"

"The hotel is quite new, the room was simple, but ok. Breakfast is fresh, you have some warm and cold options. It is very nice, that you can check out till 12:00 o’clock."
