Had already paid for everything and essentially received a shrug of the shoulders and a “too bad” mentality. Borderline worst service I have ever received, despite checking in on the app, calling the day before and confirming and paying they did absolutely nothing. Honestly, every person working the night of 5/2 should be let go or given a seminar in customer service or at a minimum how to interact with humans in a helpful or meaningful way. Pathetic."
