"We had such a comfortable stay @ Harrabeer country house. We had a very warm welcome after a long day driving with a nice cuppa and biscuits. The room we had was superb, clean, spacious and very comfortable - exactly what we needed after long days exploring. Brekkie was also delicious! "Stunning country castle style hotel. Rooms finished to a very high standard. Staff were wonderfully attentive, seemed genuinely pleased to help and proud of their establishment. Packed with history and a real oasis of peace and comfort. Afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious with a wide choice of options. I felt that the dinner option I had was a bit “nouveau cuisine”, lots on the plate but not much there. But what was there was very well prepared. Spa was very pleasant, although a bit of a shame that the steam room was out of order, as well as the lift to the spa. Will be staying again, it’s not cheap, but you pay for what you get. "
