"Firstly no fault attached to the staff. Initial problem is finding the hotel in the pedestrianised town centre. Parking is in a public car park next to the bus station and funfair a 5 minute walk away. Room was very noisy as it was on main street and you get drunks going home noisily late at night and get woken by council staff cleaning up early morning"

Automated check-in was easy on a machine in entrance (entrance is a side door to left of hotel front) - you need a passport number for checkin, but be warned no actual human at hotel reception. A little noisy initially from other guests, although I was in bed early - was quiet during night. Nothing special, but room clean and tidy and recently renovated by looks. "Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, das Personal freundlich. Das Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen viel zu klein, kaum Ablagemöglichkeit. Teilweise war der Kerosingeruch im Zimmer."

"The hotel and the rooms were beautiful and functional. The location by the lake is stunning. Sauna is a bonus. However, not having a coffee machine or the kettle in the room was a problem as the only way to get a coffee/tea in the morning was in the restaurant which is located in a different building across the courtyard. Definitely not handy on a rainy day. Also no fridge or mini bar in the room. Would have liked some more options in the bathroom such as body lotion and conditioner apart from...
