"Poor service and awful place."

"It was an excellent day. The staff was wonderful. The only thing I noticed was that all of the glass as you enter on all of the doors and windows was extremely dirty. It wasn’t cleaned, and it made it look less than appealing when you entered. It still was the same Fingerprints the next morning. I know that seems ridiculous but greasy fingerprints all over the entryways are a bit offputting. Otherwise, Everything was wonderful. The staff was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay."

"They did not honor the pre paid booking with Hotels.com. Said they didn’t have any more rooms at that price. Claimed that Hotels.com regularly overbooks. I’ve been traveling a lot lately and this was the first time I ran into that. They gave me a different (cheaper) room with no compensation back. Facilities are old, cheap, and not maintained well. Bathroom fixtures are old, cheap, and loose. Old carpet was stained and tile grout needed cleaning."

"The breakfast was the best, but the air conditioner in the room made a loud noise. The stay was great overall"

"The hotel is old feeling. Still has a tub with cracks. The back of the office chair covered in dust. Food preparer at breakfast used his bare hands to place cups after cleaning the trash can with no gloves and did not wash hands in between. One of the beds smelled of urine."

"Clean room, parking okay. Asked manager on duty for extra trash bags and toilet paper and was denied because each room gets -1 bag per trash can and 1 extra roll of toilet paper. "

"Very convenient location minutes off of I 81. Unit was very clean, hotel was well-maintained. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful . Coffee was excellent. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Would recommend a stay here!"
