"The ad for the property seemed to imply that you were getting the entire house. We only got the basement apartment. Although the condition was very good the one bedroom only had 2 bunkbeds. The stove only had one working burner and the oven door was broken. But the price was excellent. "

"This place is just churning out tourists. There is nothing intentional about the experience. It’s simply a place to stay. The rooms are dark and mine smelled bad - like musty that had been covered up my Fabreeze. The pillows were sorry excuses for something to sleep on. They were small squares like a throw pillow. The dining option is buffet only which was chaos with hundreds of people spreading germs all over the food. The pool and hot tub were so far away that we couldn’t even enjoy them because it would have been a 15 minute wet walk back to our disappointing room. If you’re going to Bryce, you don’t even need to stay this close. You can enjoy it the same if not more by driving a few extra minutes in the morning. We passed the town of Tropic about 15 minutes away that had much better restaurants and a more peaceful atmosphere. If I had to do it again I’d stay somewhere there. It looks like a Springhill Suites is being built nearby too which has to be better than this place. I would not recommend Bryce City in general or Ruby’s Inn to anyone unless you have extremely low standards."
