"Rigtig dejligt hotel. Tæt på midtbyen, men stille og let at komme til og fra. Vi havde bestilt et dobbeltværelse, men fik et stort værelse med dobbeltseng + enkelseng. Værelset var nyrenoveret, pænt og med nye, gode senge. Stort pænt badeværelse. Morgenmaden var lækker og flot anrettet. Virkelig god betjening i restauranten, hvor tjeneren var meget serviceminded og hele tiden tjekkede buffeten og bordene. Vi spiste 1 aften på hotellet, hvilket også var udemærket. "NIE WIEDER! Ab 15uhr wäre Check In gewesen, wir waren pünktlich dort. Vor Ort findet man eine Telefonnummer die man anrufen soll um den Code für den Schlüsselsafe zu bekommen. Nach endlosen Versuchen jemanden zu erreichen, wurden wir nach über zwei Stunden zurückgerufen und wir durften das Zimmer beziehen. Kein Entschuldigung , Kein Nichts. Über die Sauberkeit fange ich jetzt gar nicht erst an.... Spart euch das Geld und schlaft lieber im Auto oder am Bahnhof."

    "Quite the dilemma, this hotel. Whilst the facilities are very good, the attitude of the staff, beginning with check-in are so poor (I would go so far as to say completely bereft of anything resembling customer service) that my work team and friends who regularly visit Goslar will never be staying here again (The Hotel Schiefer will now be receiving our business). "
