Dear Heana, Thank you for taking the time to write a detailed feedback. The window of your bathroom is facing the back of a building with no window, meaning no one can see in the bathroom. We indeed cannot plan an intervention on Sundays unless there is a technical urgence. Unlike hotels, we do not have a reception or staff on-site. Hence, since you seemed to be very mad about this shadeless window, and that we want to please our guests, we sent one of our team member on Monday to apply a translucide cover on the window of the bathroom so you would feel more comfortable. You told our team member that you didn't want this intervention and prevent her to enter the flat. In this case, I have to say, WE are confused. We do care about our guests (otherwise we would not cover a window that has no vis-à-vis just because you complain about that), and our review score on many different channel reflect that our guests satisfaction.
