Large sunny room on a quiet street off Av. Louise. The overhead When I accidentally left my wallet in the room one day I called and they put it in the sage deposit box.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We were three of us and the hotel had triple bed occupancy which was very convenient. Comfortable beds, neat and tidy room, convenient location not far from train station. And attractions are nearby.

Well located and maintained
The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, it's well maintained and comfortable. The staff is kind and effective. I just don't give 5 starts because I booked a triple room with a double bed and a single bed, and we received 3 single beds. Not something that really bothered us, but we spend a few nights (my wife's birthday) sleeping in separated beds. The room is big, the shower is good (the elevator is very tiny though). Overall is a very good hotel.

Rigtig udemærket hotel med meget venlig betjening. Der var dog en del støj om aftenen fra nogle temmeligt berusede gæster, men det blev aldrig rigtigt generende.

Nachts sehr laut, hatten das Zimmer zur Straße .... Schreiende Menschen, des öfteren gingen Alarmanlagen von Autos an, Polizei Sirenen etc .... Haben kaum geschlafen .... Zimmer war gut. Lage des Hotels auch optimal für ein Citytrip.

We stayed here for 1 night, the rooms were nice and comfortable. Parking in the hotel garage was €18 and had to book in advance as only a couple of spaces. Overall a good stay

Very friendly staff, the rooms are modern and large. Walking distance to most of the main tourist sights/areas in Brussels. In a nice quiet side street near the main shopping district, great place to stay overall

Bra rum för familj i Bryssel.
Ett jättebra hotell nära P-hus och spårvagn ner till city. Att gå tar ca 30 minuter. Rymliga rum och trevlig personal. Tyst!

It was a great hotel to stay at. Staff were very nice. We stayed at a double twin room. A big room with a large laptop desk and chair. Also two comfortable chairs and a coffee table. The interior was modern. Great for a business trip too. The location was closer to tram stations and there was a mini carrefour supermarket nearby. The neighborhood was quite but for some reason we heard street noises late night (2 or 3am) from the street.

Nice Place but far from Charleroi airport
Room was nice but we were unable to stay due to the location of our flight and early departure. We gave the room to our son who used it alone. Asked for a refund but Hotels.com refused.

Hotel non familial
Petit hotel sympa si on n'attache pas d'importance à un bon buffet petit déjeuner (celui-ci n'est compris dans le prix de la chambre et les enfants doivent payer plein pot...Ce qui fait cher si par exemple vous etes une famille de 4 ou 5, cela vous reviendra à 40 ou 50 eur et ce pour un buffet sans bacon ou oeufs frais😋). L'hotel n'a pas de restaurant propre donc le soir vaut mieix avoir été mangé ailleurs... Par ailleurs, les chambres et la salle de bain sont très petites, l'espace étant limité...Le prix du parking est vraiment excessif pour 1 nuit(18 eur) et il est tout petit, difficile pour faire une manoeuvre. Il vaut mieux ne pas avoir une grande voiture. Le point positif est qu'ils ont des chambres à 3 avec 3 lits individuels!😉 En résumé, hôtel tout à fait correct pour des personnes seules, couples, etc mais pas vraiment adapté aux familles...
